My brother Arben Bytyqi (42years old) is suffering from bone cancer which requires treatment outside of Kosovo. He was a soldier in the Balkan Civil War and due to his injury during the war, Arben was later diagnosed with bone cancer. Since then Arben has had 11 operations and URGENTLY requires another.
